About me

I am a fourth year PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, where I work with Bill Griswold and Jim Hollan. I received my BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004. While at Berkeley, I worked with Marti Hearst and John Canny

My research interests lie in context aware computing, information visualization and novel interaction techniques. I am broadly interested in Ubiquitous Computing and Human Computer Interaction.

I've spent the past few summers working at Microsoft Research with some great folks ( Patrick Baudisch, Scott Counts, and Tim Regan ).
