Visit Day Overview

If you're reading this, you've been admitted to the PhD program in Computer Science and Engineering at UCSD. Congratulations! We think the CSE department at UCSD is great place for research and personal growth, but don't take our word for it - we've made arrangements for you to visit UCSD at our expense to see for yourself.

Logistics

Transportation

To help you get here, we'll reimburse your airfare (up to $450) or mileage and provide up to a two night stay at the Radisson. Book your flight to San Diego International Airport (SAN), or, if you're within driving distance, feel free to drive (and we'll pay for gas). Please try to schedule your arrival for Thursday (March 10) night or early Friday (March 11) morning. Feel free to schedule your departure any time in the afternoon / evening on Saturday (March 12).

If you need any assistance making travel plans, or cannot visit during the Visit Days, please contact Kathy Reed (kreed@cs.ucsd.edu) to make alternative plans.
