CSE280A - Algorithms in Computational Biology (Revised Fall 2006)

Course Description: (Formerly CSE 206B) The course focuses on algorithmic aspects of modern bioinformatics and covers the following topics: computational gene hunting, sequencing, DNA arrays, sequence comparison, pattern discovery in DNA, genome rearrangements, molecular evolution, computational proteomics, and others.
Prerequisites: CSE 202 preferred or consent of instructor.
