| | EBU 3b Restricted Area Access
There are several restricted access areas in the new building where your UCSD ID card will be your entry into those areas. Soon the doors to the restricted areas of the building will be programmed and if your card has not been entered into the database, your card will not gain you entry into restricted areas. Restricted areas may include labs, kitchens and/or lounges. Robin Vespertino, (x 2-1585) is scanning faculty, staff and student ID cards into a database - make time to see her with your card in AP&M 3301.
| | Finally Moved into EBU 3b
The hard part of the move is over!! Nearly everyone has been moved into EBU 3b. Staff, students and faculty associated with the Center for Networked Systems (CNS) remain in the AP&M until adequate machine rooms are completed in EBU 3b. You can find updated contact information for these individuals at the CSE Directory.
While the rest of you are unpacking and settling into the new surroundings, if you notice a problem with the building (phone jacks, computers not working, keys not working, etc) send email to CSE Help. This will generate a ticket and assist staff in identifying high priority issues that need to be dealt with immediately.
