Human Resources Coordinator
Responsible for staff and student human resources. Provides guidance, direction and supervision of activities for career and casual staff and student employees. Develops, maintains and implements departmental policies and procedures for staff and student personnel functions, ensuring compliance with all campus, University, state and Federal guidelines. Activities include responsibility for the areas of personnel administration; recruitment; compensation and classification; payroll; benefits; grievance and disciplinary actions; and formation and/or submission of policy exceptions. Processes on-line personnel transactions for academic, staff and student personnel.
